A few years ago I was introduced to a therapeutic writing tool that changed my life, and now I am so excited to offer this to you as well. I have used this tool to help me process through various dark and perilous times in my life and I cannot imagine going through anything challenging in the future without it.

There is something incredibly powerful about sharing yourself in a safe and gentle space, and that is what this writing tool does for everyone who chooses to engage with it.

True Core Counseling was born out of a passion for holistic health. I believe that change happens when all areas of a client's life are addressed and discussed. Connecting to your True Core is about living to your fullest potential. I value deep, therapeutic conversations where clients can feel known and safe. So with that being said, I will work with you to get to the bottom of what is most important to you and how you can live your best life out of that understanding.
