Breath is the foundation of all I do with my clients. You will connect to proper breathing patterns, you will learn more about how your nervous system is impacted by your breathing, and you will be empowered to pursue optimal health on your own through breath work.
I love coaching my clients through various movement patterns to increase strength, flexibility, mobility, and stamina. We can create a personalized program just for you that is based on your goals and your desires for your physical health.
With my background in mental health I can help you access deeper parts of yourself and your emotions. We can merge your mental health with physical fitness and breath work to create a program that can help you feel empowered to become the best you can be.
